What should I expect for my first visit? Any pre-visit tips?

For color services—especially blonding or blending—it's best to come in with clean, dry hair. This helps get the most even lift and deposit. Depending on your hair’s texture and the service, I may start with a cut before we color, so having clean hair gives us the best possible result right from the start.

What is your cancelation policy?

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please try to give at least 24 hours' notice so that I can offer the spot to another guest. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments entirely will be subject to a 100% charge of the scheduled service. A credit card is required to book and will be securely held on file. Thank you so much for your understanding and support!

Where should I park at the Northside location?

Northside has plenty of free and paid parking options, but it can get a little busy—so plan to give yourself a few extra minutes. There’s paid parking on Hamilton Avenue, plus a paid lot on Blue Rock Street near the Transit Center. You’ll also find free street parking throughout the neighborhood. If it’s your first time visiting or you need accessible parking, feel free to reach out before your appointment—we’re happy to help guide you!

Can I bring in food and drinks?

Totally! If you're going to be here for a bit, feel free to bring a snack or drink. Just a heads-up—counter space is limited, so smaller items are best. We also offer complimentary water, coffee, hot tea, and wine to keep you comfortable during your visit.
